Screen Babe is a Screen Mate creation tool. It helps

What is Screen Mate ?
It is a program that runs around on your Desktop
while you play with your computer. The best examples
of Screen Mates are in Microsoft Office and are
called Office Assistant. However, Screenmate doesn't
need Microsoft Office, it runs independently of
any application.
Why do I need Screen Mate ?
Advertising is the most common use of Screen Mate.
